Nysc PPA Job Information:Job Title: ICT Support Officer
Location: Ikotun
Grade Level: Officer
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to IT service issues and requests
- Providing IT technical support across the Brand
- Setting up staff email, App. profiles and platform accounts for new and existing users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing and recommending new technology
- Training of staff members on IT Support as necessary
- Including other duties that may be assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Education: Degree (Must have completed NYSC)
- Age: Maximum of 35 years
