EFCC Secures Conviction of 8 Internet Fraudsters in Uyo, Sentences Them to 2 Years in Prison

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Uyo Zonal Command has secured the conviction of eight internet fraudsters. The fraudsters were convicted by Justice Rosemary Oghoghorie of the Federal High Court in Uyo. They were sentenced to two years in prison each, with the option to pay a fine of N2 million.
