Manchester United have agreed a £52m deal to sign highly-rated 18-year-old French defender Leny Yoro from Lille. Yoro, who has been likened to a young Raphael Varane, has already made 60 first-team appearances for Lille and was selected for France’s Olympic squad.
The teenager chose to join United over interest from Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool, in what has been described as a “huge coup” for the Red Devils.
