MTN Scholarship 2023 is a scholarship program for students from underprivileged backgrounds. They are offering full tuition, monthly stipend and other benefits to selected candidates.

To be eligible for this program you must:

  • be a Nigerian citizen or resident in Nigeria with valid Nigerian ID (National Identity Card) proof of residency (i.e photocopy or scanned copy of your National Identity Card).
  • Be less than 25 years old by the time of your first semester at university or college.
  • Have scored minimum C+ in SSCE/GCE/WAEC/ND/NECO subjects respectively for admission at undergraduate level as required by each institution; and not more than two attempts at any of these examinations will be considered

Access Bank Advancement Scholarships Program 2023/2023

The Access Bank Advancement Awards Program is a scholarship program that aims to encourage and aid high school students with their education. The awardees are eligible to study at any accredited Nigerian university or institution, as long as they have passed the 7th grade and are between the ages of 15-20 years old.

The award is open to all citizens and residents of Nigeria regardless of gender, race, religion or disability status.

Course Requirements:

Applicants must have completed their secondary education (O’Level). They also need to be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university (or higher learning institution) with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a scale of 4 points for both external examination results and internally assessed coursework.

Afe Babalola Foundation International Scholarship in Developing Countries For Tertiary Education [ABUAD] 2023

The Afe Babalola Foundation International Scholarship in Developing Countries for Tertiary Education (ABUAD) 2023 is a full-time undergraduate degree program at the private university of Ado-Ekiti, located in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The scholarship is awarded to deserving students from all over the world.

The ABUAD Scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation and transportation allowance up to 100% of the cost of tuition fees (maximum N250,000 per annum), and a monthly stipend of $750 for non-residential students or $1,500 for residential students. To be eligible for this scholarship program, applicants must:

1 Have a minimum second class upper degree certificate with at least 60% aggregate score; and

2 Be under 25 years old as of 31st December 2023; while their date of birth must not exceed 25th February 1997; while their date of birth must not exceed 25th February 1997

NAPIMS Undergraduate and Post Graduate Scholarship 2023

The scholarship is fully funded to cover tuition, fees and other cost of living expenses. The successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of their studies.

The scholarship is worth £25,000 per year (full tuition fees plus living expenses) for a maximum of four years. It’s also open to all Nigerians regardless of their ethnicity or religion as long as they meet the requirements set out by The British Council for this scholarship.

The NNPC/SNEPCo National University Scholarship Award for Nigerian Students 2023 is a scholarship opportunity for undergraduate students in Nigeria. The scholarship is intended to encourage and reward academic excellence among Nigerian students who want to pursue their post-secondary education at universities in Nigeria. The NNPC/SNEPCo National University Scholarship Award for Nigerian Students 2023 is available to any student who meets the following criteria:

  • Must be a Nigerian citizen
  • Must have completed or be currently enrolled in an accredited university or college outside of Nigeria (with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 on 4)
  • Must not have previously been awarded another NNPC/SNEPCo Scholarship Program award within the last five years (2012 – 2016).

“Pupils who have obtained Universal Secondary School Examination (USSE) or its equivalent with credit passes in six (6) subjects including English Language, Mathematics and three other relevant science/social science subjects at not more than two sittings.

For those with lower credits a minimum of five (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics plus two other relevant Science or Social Science Subjects or Physics as a compulsory paper; Chemistry as an alternative to Physics for girls only.”

  • Applicants must not be more than 2 years from completion of their Graduation programme when the scholarship is awarded to them.
  • Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements as contained in Annexure B of PTDF guidelines 2023/2023.
